About the Role

Are you a seasoned financial professional eager to make a strategic impact in a high-growth environment? As Senior Business Controller at atNorth, you will play an essential role in shaping our financial strategy, combining advanced financial modeling expertise with a deep understanding of pricing and investment decisions.

You will report directly to the director of Business Control, and the team is based in Sweden and Iceland, giving you the opportunity to work in a truly Nordic setting with colleagues all over the Nordics.

You'll join a fast-paced, scale-up environment where you can directly influence the financial strategies of a company that is pushing the boundaries of innovation. You will work on a variety of meaningful projects, from developing financial models and pricing strategies to evaluating investment opportunities and contributing to stakeholder communications.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will:

• Serve as a strategic business partner across functions, driving data-informed decision-making.
• Build and refine financial models in Excel to support pricing strategies, investment cases, and long-term financial planning.
• Work closely with our sales team to align pricing with the needs of global enterprise clients.
• Contribute to initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, site investments, and sale-leaseback agreements.
• Oversee financial planning, liquidity management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure profitable pricing of our offerings and support sustainable growth.

About You
You are a financial professional with a strong background in financial advisory, focusing on strategic and analytical contributions. You thrive on challenges and excel in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Your skillset includes advanced financial modeling, and you have the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights that influence decisions at the highest levels.

Your background

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in building financial models and conducting business analysis, ideally from a financial advisory role or a similar position.
• A proven track record of working with large-scale investment cases, pricing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with the data center industry is a plus, but experience from commercial real estate, leasing, construction, or other infrastructure investment sectors is also valuable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience working in high-growth or dynamic environments.
