About the Role:
As our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy across all of our locations. This is a very important role where you’ll ensure we attract and hire the best talent to support our growth journey. You’ll partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions, building strong talent pipelines and providing a world-class candidate experience.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from data center operators and HPC specialists to technical managers and more. In addition, you’ll oversee recruitment tools, drive partnerships with external agencies, and ensure the hiring process aligns with atNorth’s values and goals. As the first permanent hire in this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the function and take ownership of talent acquisition across the whole company
About You:
You are an experienced talent acquisition professional, passionate about recruitment and scaling strong teams in a dynamic environment. With at least 5+ years of experience, you bring a proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets, particularly in tech-focused roles. Experience in the data center or tech industry is an advantage.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership. You’re a proactive, strategic thinker who values efficiency, diversity, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’re adept at training and coaching hiring managers and you understand the importance of fostering collaboration in a global organization. The role may require occasional business travel, so flexibility is important, as are certifications in personal assessments or job-related tests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational or scale-up environment.
- Experience recruiting for tech-focused roles, such as data centers, HPC, or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with mobility or relocation processes is an advantage.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
