As we continue to scale our infrastructure and operations, we are looking for a Sourcing Manager to help build and optimize our supplier network—supporting our mission to deliver sustainable, high-performance computing services.

About the Role:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive cost savings, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure across our Nordic operations. You will identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply chains. The role is based within the finance department reporting to our director of procurement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that procurement efforts align with technical specifications, business needs, and sustainability goals. You’ll also analyze market trends, assess supplier performance, and support internal teams with procurement planning, documentation, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, contract negotiation skills, and a passion for building effective sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience in the data center industry is especially valuable, as this role requires a good understanding of sourcing in complex, technical infrastructure projects.

About You:

You are a strategic, detail-oriented sourcing professional with a strong background in supplier negotiations, procurement processes, and cross-functional collaboration. You bring both analytical sharpness and a service-minded approach, with the ability to manage complex sourcing needs across multiple markets.

Your understanding of supply chain dynamics, sourcing risks, and contract structures allows you to make informed decisions and build lasting vendor partnerships. You’re also confident working with internal stakeholders and able to contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term procurement planning. Experience from the data center, infrastructure, or technology sector is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably from data center
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with confidence in data interpretation and decision-making.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally. Fluent in written and spoken English.
