This role is ideal for a passionate, visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling impactful sustainability programs, and who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Champion circular economy principles to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in sustainable data center design and operations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, track key sustainability metrics, and measure the impact of programs and projects.
Prepare and deliver insightful sustainability reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
About You:
You are a sustainability champion with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of environmental challenges, and a sharp focus on innovation. You have a hands-on, proactive mindset, and you thrive in collaborative environments that demand clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
Your technical understanding of data center infrastructure, combined with your knowledge of EU sustainability regulations and standards, allows you to drive initiatives that are both ambitious and achievable.
You are flexible, solutions-driven, and eager to travel when needed to make an impact across all our locations.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of EU sustainability regulations, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the EU Energy Efficiency Directive.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to simplify complex issues.
High commitment, proactivity, and adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sustainability management, preferably within the data center or critical infrastructure industries.
Proficient in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
Basic understanding of building management systems, mechanical engineering, and civil structures is desirable.
