People & Culture Manager (senior HR BP)
We are looking for a proactive and people-driven senior People & Culture Manager to join our growing team at atNorth. In this role, you will act as a strategic HR partner to managers across the business, driving people processes, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
While the core focus is HR partnering and organizational support, you will also contribute to recruitment activities when needed – primarily by coaching hiring managers and supporting key hires as we scale.
As we are having operations over several countries, some travels will be expected from time to time. You should enjoy being in an international environment where you will play an important role in developing easy and business related people processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
People & Culture Partnering
- Support managers in areas such as workforce planning, team development, performance, and engagement
- Drive core HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, development plans, and compensation reviews
- Coach leaders in feedback, goal setting, and navigating change
- Contribute to building a strong company culture and scalable people practices
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Improve and streamline HR processes and documentation
- Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and support business outcomes
- Educate and train managers in internal procedures and tools
Talent Acquisition Support
- Support recruitment for selected key roles in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conducting personal assessments and 2:nd opionions
- Coach leaders on inclusive hiring and candidate experience
- Maintain alignment between talent needs and long-term people planning
What You Bring
- +10 years in the HR competency field with the majority of the years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Strong understanding of people processes and organizational development
- Fully confident in labour law frameworks, especially in Denmark (other Nordic countries is merited)
- Experience in design of Leadership programs and trainings
- Coaching mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with managers
- Experience with recruitment (preferably in technical or growth environments)
- Certifications in at least one assessment tool (Insights Discovery, MPA, OPQ or similar)
- Experience with HR systems and tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) as well as fluent in Danish and a collaborative working style
