In this pivotal role, you will build long-term partnerships with our key clients, understand their business objectives in depth, and translate them into solutions that support their growth. With your consultative approach, technical understanding, and strategic mindset, you will be essential in securing revenue growth and delivering a world-class customer experience.
About the role
Strategic Account Leadership
Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.
Lead regular business reviews, ensuring alignment with client goals and continuous value delivery.
Become the trusted primary point of contact for key clients—proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
Growth & Commercial Excellence
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that bring added value to clients and increase revenue.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
Translate market and industry insights into actionable ideas that support account expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Delivery, Product, Operations, and other atNorth teams to ensure seamless service, strong execution, and world-class customer experience.
Provide structured reporting, forecasts, and insights for internal stakeholders.
Bring clients’ feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and new service development.
Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
Address inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism.
Manage conflicts and complex situations calmly, aiming for win–win outcomes while safeguarding atNorth’s objectives.
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, security standards, and ethical practices.
About you
5+ years of proven account management experience with global exposure.
A successful track record in managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of data centers, infrastructure, or technology environments.
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex settings.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
High initiative, reliability, and a positive, proactive mindset.
Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building ability.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams and cultures.

You are based within commuting distance from either our Copenhagen or Stockholm offices.
