ERP Support Specialist at atNorth
atNorth is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist to join our Finance and ERP team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across our Nordic and international operations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and senior ERP specialists to ensure system stability, support end users, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a strong foundation for developing both technical and functional ERP expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations users across multiple regions and time zones.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and service requests, escalating complex cases where necessary.
Support system integrations, data management processes, and monitoring of batch jobs to ensure stable operations.
Assist with system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Maintain and update system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Deliver end-user training and support the adoption of new features and processes.
Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across the Nordics, supporting data validation, corrections, and ERP-related tasks.
Your profile:
Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in ERP support, business systems, or a similar role.
Strong interest in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, or supply chain.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non-technical users.
Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
Fluent in English.
