**Application Specialist at atNorth**

atNorth is looking for an experienced Application Specialist to strengthen our ERP capabilities and support our continued growth across the Nordics. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform supports efficient, compliant, and scalable financial and project operations.

You will play a central role in maintaining, optimizing, and developing system processes across multiple countries, with a strong focus on finance, procurement, and project management modules. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you will directly influence how we scale and standardize our ERP landscape.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Act as the functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on Finance, Procurement, and Project Management & Accounting modules

- Provide day-to-day application support, managing incidents, service requests, and ensuring system stability

- Collaborate with internal ERP teams, IT, and external partners to resolve issues and support system enhancements

- Drive optimization and continuous improvement of core finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management

- Support procurement and project-related processes such as project setup, costing, revenue recognition, WIP, and invoicing

- Ensure compliance with Nordic accounting standards, VAT regulations, and local reporting requirements across multiple countries

- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, translating local needs into scalable solutions

- Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), rollouts, and change management initiatives while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

**Your profile:**

- Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3–7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems

- Strong functional expertise in finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), procurement, and Project Management & Accounting

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

- Experience working in multi-country or Nordic environments

- Proven experience in application support, incident management, and ERP implementations or enhancements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions

- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
