The Role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across atNorth during an important scaling phase. You will work hands-on with recruitment processes from role definition to hire, supporting managers across several countries and business areas.
This is an operational role with strong impact, where you will combine proactive sourcing/search, stakeholder partnership, and a passion for candidate experience. You will be part of a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team and contribute to both day-to-day recruitment delivery and the continuous development of recruitment processes and ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and sourcing to offer and hire.
Support and challenge hiring managers in role definition, requirements, and candidate assessment.
Proactively source and identify candidates through relevant channels and direct search.
Ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Contribute to employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term candidate networks/pools within relevant talent segments.
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
The role reports to Head of Talent Acquisition and can be based in Sweden, Norway or Denmark, with collaboration across multiple countries.

You likely have:
Proven experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
Previous experience recruiting roles within the data center industry or a strong overall understanding of the sector.
A strong interest in learning, developing within the industry, and building deep candidate networks.
Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth organization with frequent change.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Specialist role.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken and at least one Nordic language.
Driver license.
As a person, you are proactive, structured, and pragmatic. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and build trust with both candidates and stakeholders. You are curious and motivated to understand new technologies, roles, and business needs, particularly when recruiting more technically complex positions. You take ownership of your work and enjoy contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment delivery and candidate experience.
