Are you passionate about simplifying complexity and making security processes truly work at scale? At atNorth, we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of security, technology, and automation, someone who can transform manual, fragmented ways of working into streamlined, intelligent, and scalable solutions.
In this role, you won’t just improve processes, you will rethink how security and compliance are delivered across the organization. By leveraging automation, AI, and smart tooling, you’ll help build efficient, consistent, and future-ready security operations that enable our continued growth.
Key responsibilities:
Simplify and standardize security and compliance workflows in close collaboration with process owners

Evaluate and implement tools (e.g., GRC, AI platforms, workflow automation) and integrate with existing systems such as Atlassian, M365, and Vanta
Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, IT, and Operations teams to translate challenges into scalable solutions
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through training and stakeholder engagement
Track KPIs and continuously improve processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
Your profile:
Proven experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and tooling implementation

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs, automation platforms) in business processes
Ability to define, track, and demonstrate impact through measurable KPIs
Good understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2
Experience working with systems such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), M365 (e.g., Power Automate), or similar
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex technical needs into practical solutions
Background from regulated environments or data center/critical infrastructure is an advantage
