Director of Sales Processes and Tools at atNorth
This role is positioned at the intersection of sales, digital transformation, and operational excellence. You will define, develop, and continuously optimize how our Sales organization operates, ensuring scalable processes, strong system support, and high-quality data-driven decision-making.
As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will play a central role in enabling revenue growth, improving win rates, and strengthening customer retention by enhancing the efficiency, speed, and consistency of all customer-facing processes.
Key responsibilities:
A key focus will be on building and governing a best-in-class sales operating model across all customer segments. You will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end sales processes, ensuring alignment across commercial, operational, and financial stakeholders.
You will be responsible for defining and continuously improving the sales process framework, including lead management, qualification, bid processes, and contract handling, ensuring clarity, scalability, and strong adoption across the organization.
From a systems and tools perspective, you will own the sales technology landscape, including CRM, reporting tools, and digital platforms. You will drive the use of data, automation, and AI to improve productivity, transparency, and decision-making across the sales funnel.
You will lead the development of reporting structures and performance dashboards, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, sales effectiveness, and overall commercial performance.
Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Business Control, and Operations to ensure that systems, data flows, and processes are aligned and support the company’s growth ambitions.
You will also lead or support strategic transformation initiatives, including implementation of new tools, process standardization efforts, and continuous improvement programs across the commercial organization.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially minded and digitally strong leader who understands how to scale sales organizations through structured processes, systems, and data-driven insights.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience within sales operations, commercial excellence, or similar roles
Proven experience driving sales process optimization and implementing systems, tools, and reporting frameworks
Experience working with digital transformation initiatives, including leveraging AI and automation
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting tools
Experience working in international organizations and cross-functional environments
Solid project management experience, including leading initiatives and stakeholders across functions
Professional proficiency in English
You are structured, analytical, and able to translate complexity into clear, scalable solutions. You combine a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of systems and data, and you are comfortable working across both strategic and operational levels.
You are collaborative by nature and able to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, driving alignment and adoption of new ways of working.
Decision-making & impact
As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will have significant influence on how the commercial organization operates and scales. You will define standards, tools, and frameworks that directly impact sales performance, efficiency, and customer experience across all markets.
