About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Security & Compliance team. In this role, you will support the development, organization, and continuous improvement of internal documentation, policies, and procedures across the organization.
This position is ideal for a student interested in areas such as physical security, information security, governance and compliance, information management, and process optimization. You will work closely with the team to simplify, standardize, and enhance documentation to ensure it is clear, structured, and easy to maintain.
Key responsibilities:
Organize and maintain security and compliance documentation
Support restructuring of document repositories and folder structures
Ensure documentation is version-controlled, accessible, and aligned with internal standards
Update policies, procedures, and guidelines using new templates and formats
Standardize document formatting and structure across materials
Assist with migrating legacy documentation into updated governance frameworks
Simplify and improve internal documentation for better usability and clarity
Help create consistent, user-friendly documentation
Support development of visual process guides
Provide administrative and operational support to the team
Assist with documentation reviews and quality assurance
Coordinate follow-ups and track document updates where needed
Your Profile
You are someone who:
Is structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Can manage multiple tasks and work independently
Is comfortable working with documentation, formatting, and processes
Has a strong interest in security, compliance, governance, or operational processes
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Is fluent in English (written and spoken)
Currently studying or interested in Information Security, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Security, Law, or a related field
