Documentation Assistant
Are you detail-oriented, structured, and looking to gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-growing company?
atNorth is looking for three Documentation Assistants to join a 9-month project focused on improving and restructuring documentation across the organization. You will play a key role in helping us create a more organized, accessible, and consistent documentation environment that supports teams across multiple countries and functions.
Working closely with the Document Manager and your fellow Documentation Assistants, you will help migrate, improve, and standardize content while building valuable experience with enterprise documentation tools and processes.
This role starts on 1 October 2026 and is based at ICE01 in Reykjavik.
Key Responsibilities
As Documentation Assistant, you will help improve the quality, structure, and accessibility of documentation across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Restructuring and reorganizing content in accordance with atNorth standards and best practices
· Renaming, categorizing, tagging, and applying metadata to content
· Migrating existing documentation into new templates and structures
· Identifying and reconciling duplicate, outdated, or redundant content
· Supporting the development of standardized documentation practices
· Contributing to documentation quality and consistency across teams
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with structure, organization, and digital tools. You may be early in your career, recently graduated, or looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and functions.
Your Profile
· Comfortable working, writing, and collaborating in English
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Quick to learn new digital tools and systems
· Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
· Organized, reliable, and proactive
· Interested in process improvement and helping teams work more efficiently
· Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms is beneficial but not required.

Practical Details
· Location: ICE01, Reykjavik, Iceland
· Working hours: Full-time (100%)
· Duration: 1 October 2026 – 30 June 2027
· Reporting to: Document Manager
· Positions available: 3
· Salary & Benefits: In the range of ISK 515,000+ per month, depending on qualifications and applicable employment terms under the relevant collective bargaining agreement.
