Debt Capital Markets Manager at atNorth
As atNorth continues its rapid expansion across the Nordic region, funding and capital structure play a critical role in enabling our growth ambitions.
As Debt Capital Markets Manager, you will be a key member of the Funding & Treasury team, responsible for supporting and executing debt financing activities across the business. Reporting to the Director of Funding & Treasury, you will help drive debt raising, refinancing, and capital structure initiatives while managing relationships with lenders, advisors, and other financing partners.
This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance, infrastructure financing, treasury, and strategic growth, offering the opportunity to work on complex financing transactions that directly support atNorth's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
A key focus of the role will be to support and lead financing initiatives that ensure access to capital while maintaining a robust and scalable funding structure aligned with atNorth's long-term growth strategy.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and coordinating debt raising, refinancing, and debt structuring processes in collaboration with banks, investors, and debt advisors.
Supporting project, infrastructure, and corporate financing transactions across atNorth's growing portfolio.
Analyzing debt capacity, liquidity requirements, leverage levels, and covenant headroom to support strategic decision-making.
Preparing and maintaining financial models, lender presentations, information memoranda, and other credit materials.
Managing relationships with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies, and other financing partners.
Coordinating financing workstreams across Finance, Legal, Tax, Business Control, and Operations.
Supporting the negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of financing agreements and documentation.
Monitoring compliance with financing agreements, financial covenants, and reporting obligations.
Coordinating lender reporting, compliance certificates, and ad hoc financing requests.
Supporting external credit rating processes and preparing materials for rating agencies.
Monitoring developments in debt markets, financing structures, and lender appetite across relevant markets.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of funding processes, reporting frameworks, and treasury infrastructure.
You will also play an important role in shaping atNorth's long-term funding strategy, helping ensure the company maintains a strong financial foundation to support its continued expansion across the Nordics.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical financing expertise and the ability to navigate complex transactions in a dynamic, fast-growing international business environment.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience within debt capital markets, project finance, infrastructure finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, debt advisory, or treasury.
Experience gained from an investment bank, debt advisory firm, financial institution, infrastructure investor, or a capital-intensive corporate environment.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
Experience supporting or leading debt financing transactions, refinancing processes, and lender negotiations.
Solid understanding of debt documentation, financing structures, and covenant frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workstreams simultaneously.
Experience working across functions including Finance, Legal, Tax, and Executive Management.
Professional proficiency in English.
You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex financing topics into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
You combine strong commercial judgment with technical expertise and thrive in environments where you can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
You are confident in building trusted relationships with banks, advisors, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders, and you communicate effectively at both operational and executive levels.
