As we continue our growth, we are looking for a Management Partner to join our journey and this role will work closely with our ExCo (Executive Committee) leadership team to drive organizational success and strategic initiatives.
About the Role:
As a Management Partner, you will have the unique opportunity to act as an in-house consultant. You'll report to our CFO/deputy CEO, where you, in close collaboration with her, will take on and enable realization of strategic projects. You will also support in managing atNorth delivery pipeline from an ExCo perspective.
This role combines the dynamic problem-solving and strategic thinking of traditional consulting with the long-term influence and deep collaboration that comes from being embedded in the business. You are tech-savvy and used to the the latest AI technology to optimize time on reports, presentations and project management. .
In this role, you will play an important role in driving, coordinating, and supporting various initiatives of strategic importance for atNorth so you need to be motivated to be in a role where you enable others.
You will among other things, drive and oversee critical tasks such as managing leadership forums, collaborate with other departments and run shared areas of responsibilities as our important All Staff Meetings (ASM). This role will also plan and support ExCo meetings, everything from preparing material for pre-readings to ensuring smooth execution of agendas, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up actions. Additionally, you will lead, and support projects related to organizational efficiency and growth, while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
As the Management Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind turning ideas into actionable plans. Everything you and your manager (or ExCo) discuss—strategies, concepts, and goals—will be translated by you into polished plans and impactful presentations.

Regular travel to Iceland and other Nordic countries is expected in this role.
About You:
You have project management skills, and you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to dynamic environments. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion sets you apart.
You are a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and organizational development. You thrive in an environment that are built by collaboration, planning, and execution. With strong communication skills, discretion/integrity, and a detail-oriented mindset, you excel at working closely with leadership teams.
You are used to being a proactive sparring partner to top management.
In this role, no task is too big or too small—you’ll handle everything from high-level strategic initiatives to day-to-day operational details. We value a humble, hands-on mindset and a willingness to tackle challenges at every level. Whether it’s shaping big-picture plans or diving into the finer details, your ability to adapt and contribute across the board will be key to your success in this position.

Requirements:
- +5 years of previously work experience from similar position
- A bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in business, finance, management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach.
- Self-driven and problem solving.
- Proven experience in project management and/or supporting senior leadership.
- Process management experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent in tech/software usage; as excel, powerpoint and similar tools that are crucial for the tasks
- Experience in stakeholder management in multinational organization.
- Experience managing company strategic forums and preparing high-quality communication materials is a plus.
