As our new Procurement Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming our procurement operations by leveraging advanced technologies and streamlined processes.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives on creating real-time visibility and high standards across the organization. Based in Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, you will report to the Director of Procurement and serve as a key driver for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) roadmap, ensuring that our procurement backbone is as sustainable and efficient as the infrastructure we build.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the Procurement roadmap and OKRs, focusing on developing best-in-class Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide real-time operational visibility.

• Evaluate, select, and implement advanced procurement IT solutions and tools to streamline workflows.

• Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders on new S2P processes and tools.

• Own and develop the Procurement Handbook, ensuring it remains up to date with policies and best practices.

• Manage the end-to-end consultant procurement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) processes.

• Own the archiving of supplier contracts and develop standardized contract templates that meet legal requirements.

• Act as the primary procurement point of contact for sustainability, compliance, security teams, and audits.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback for continuous process enhancements.

• Ensure all procurement processes adhere to organizational policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Your profile:

• Robust background as a Procurement Excellence Manager with a deep understanding of S2P processes.

• Extensive knowledge of procurement IT tools, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and contract law.

• Familiarity with ISO standards, sustainability requirements, and data center operations.

• Strong ability to drive day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term strategic planning.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and deliver training.

• Analytical mindset with experience in developing KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-border, international environment.

• Strong commitment to fostering an innovative and collaborative procurement culture.
