Procurement Excellence Manager at atNorth

As our new Procurement Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming our procurement operations by leveraging advanced technologies and streamlined processes.
This is an opportunity to join an innovative team where your ability to bridge day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals will directly support atNorth’s mission-critical growth.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives on creating real-time visibility and high standards across the organization. Based in Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, you will report to the Director of Procurement and serve as a key driver for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) roadmap, ensuring that our procurement backbone is as sustainable and efficient as the infrastructure we build.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the Procurement roadmap and OKRs, focusing on developing best-in-class Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide real-time operational visibility.
Evaluate, select, and implement advanced procurement IT solutions and tools to streamline workflows.
Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders on new S2P processes and tools.
Own and develop the Procurement Handbook, ensuring it remains up to date with policies and best practices.
Manage the end-to-end consultant procurement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) processes.
Own the archiving of supplier contracts and develop standardized contract templates that meet legal requirements.
Act as the primary procurement point of contact for sustainability, compliance, security teams, and audits.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback for continuous process enhancements.
Ensure all procurement processes adhere to organizational policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Your profile:
Robust background as a Procurement Excellence Manager with a deep understanding of S2P processes.
Extensive knowledge of procurement IT tools, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and contract law.
Familiarity with ISO standards, sustainability requirements, and data center operations.
Strong ability to drive day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term strategic planning.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and deliver training.
Analytical mindset with experience in developing KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-border, international environment.
Strong commitment to fostering an innovative and collaborative procurement culture.
