Commissioning Manager at atNorth
As atNorth continues to expand across the Nordics, we are strengthening our project delivery capabilities in Finland. This role is a key part of ensuring that our data center projects meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and performance. With our newly developed Commissioning Manual, we are looking for a dedicated professional who will safeguard adherence to our processes, elevate commissioning quality, and help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all commissioning activities, ensuring full compliance with atNorth’s Commissioning Manual, test scripts, and project requirements.
Review design documentation, technical submittals, GC commissioning plans, energisation plans, load bank plans, and commissioning schedules to ensure alignment with project scope.
Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) commissioning workflows, including issue management, asset/system creation, and training for all stakeholders.
Coordinate and support OFCI vendor activities, including FAT/FWT attendance, First‑of‑a‑Kind inspections, Red/Yellow Tag processes, and testing oversight.
Collaborate closely with the GC, CxA, and Client Representative, providing guidance, oversight, and escalation support throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
Attend and participate in all commissioning meetings, L4/L5 testing, and review BMS trending, final reports, and all CxA deliverables.
Maintain ownership of all commissioning deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission across all project phases.
Support procurement activities related to commissioning, including load banks and CxA scope, ensuring readiness for testing and energisation milestones.
Your profile:
Strong understanding of the construction process with the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical design drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Solid knowledge of best‑practice quality standards in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or alternatively 10+ years of experience with electrical/HVAC certifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager, with a deep understanding of commissioning processes (L4/L5, load bank testing, BMS trending).
Strong understanding of controls and monitoring systems.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical workflows.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
