Summer Assistant - Documentation & Ways of Working at atNorth
Are you a detail-oriented student who enjoys working with structure, content, and digital tools? Join atNorth this summer and help us improve how we organize and manage internal documentation across the organization.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while contributing to clearer, more efficient ways of working. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our documentation is easy to navigate, well-structured, and consistent—supporting teams across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Update and reorganize documentation in Confluence
Move and adapt existing content into new templates
Rename, structure, and improve content in SharePoint
Ensure consistency, clarity, and ease of use across documentation
Support the development of standardized ways of working
Collaborate with the Ways of Working team to improve documentation practices
Your profile:
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Experience working with Confluence (SharePoint experience is a plus)
Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across teams
Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work
Interest in improving processes and helping teams work more efficiently
Practical details:
Location: ICE01 Reykjavik
Working hours: 2 days per week (40%)
Duration: 40% during July–August (flexible depending on studies), with the possibility to extend at 20% during the fall semester depending on project needs
