Sustainability & Regeneration Manager at atNorth
We are looking for a Sustainability & Regeneration Manager to play a key role in driving this agenda across atNorth.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and coordination of strategic sustainability and regeneration initiatives at group level, ensuring high-quality execution, strong governance, and reliable reporting. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the business and collaborate with external partners to support long-term value creation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Compliance & reporting
Contribute to EU sustainability regulations (incl. EU Taxonomy)
Contribute to reporting to investors and other stakeholders
Support data collection and management of sustainability datasets
Contribute to ISO-certified management systems and internal audits
Support roll-out of voluntary frameworks (e.g. Future-Fit Business Benchmark, UN Global Compact)
Strategy & development
Contribute to shaping atNorth’s sustainability and regeneration strategy
Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and governance
Support execution and coordination of strategic initiatives at group and site level
Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration across the organization
Projects & stakeholder engagement
Lead sustainability-related projects and partnerships (including collaboration with startups and external experts)
Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate meetings, track actions, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Performance & governance
Monitor sustainability performance and risk identification
Ensure timely delivery on sustainability commitments and reporting
Improve tracking, reporting structures, and internal processes
Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen governance and performance
Your profile:
Experience working with sustainability, regeneration, ESG, or similar topics in a corporate or industrial environment
Strong understanding of EU sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration and coordination
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on with data, processes, and implementation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with ISO standards or sustainability frameworks is considered an advantage
