Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Data Center Recruitments - Finland

We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Partner with experience recruiting for data center and technical environments who wants to help build the teams supporting critical digital infrastructure for the future.

The TA role at atNorth
As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across atNorth during an important scaling phase. In Finland – we are putting our footprint in the Kouvola area as well as in Espoo. You will work hands-on with recruitment processes from role definition to hire, supporting managers across several countries and business areas.
This is an operational role with strong impact, where you will combine proactive sourcing/search, stakeholder partnership, and a passion for providing exceptional candidate experience. A key priority will be to identify, map, engage, and maintain candidate pipelines for data center-related roles and other technically complex positions. You will be part of a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team and contribute to both day-to-day recruitment delivery and the continuous development of recruitment processes and ways of working.
The role reports to Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (located in Stockholm) and is to be placed in Finland, preferably close to one of our data centers. You will be part of an growing international team with collaboration across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and sourcing to offer and hire.
* Support and challenge hiring managers in role definition, requirements, and candidate assessment.
* Proactively source, map, and identify candidates through relevant channels, market intelligence, and direct search.
* Build and maintain focused talent pools within data center operations, construction, engineering, facilities, electrical/mechanical, and other relevant technical segments.
* Ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Build and maintain long-term candidate networks within relevant talent segments, including roles such as Data Center Technicians, Facility Managers, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Construction Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other mission-critical technical positions.
* Actively contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

To succeed in this role, you are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with both colleagues and stakeholders. You thrive in environments with change and growth and enjoy digging into new roles and technical contexts. Previous experience from data center recruitment is our primary preference, while experience from similar mission-critical or technically complex environments can also be relevant.
You likely have:
* Proven experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes independently, including role briefing, sourcing, assessment support, offer management, and hiring manager partnership.
* Minimally 5-7 years of experience in from Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner, or Search-focused role.
* Previous hands-on experience recruiting for data center roles is a key priority, ideally within operations, construction, engineering, facilities, electrical/mechanical, or other mission-critical technical environments.
* Strong understanding of the data center talent market, relevant candidate channels, and typical roles such as Data Center Technicians, Facility Managers, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Construction Project Managers, and Operations Managers.
* Strong sourcing capability, including direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and building long-term candidate pipelines in hard-to-find technical talent segments.
* Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth organization with frequent change, preferably in an international or multi-site setting.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Finnish is strongly preferred, especially for local stakeholder and candidate communication.
* Driver license

You are curious and motivated to understand new technologies, roles, and business needs, particularly when recruiting for data center and mission-critical technical positions. You bring a strong search mindset, enjoy building talent networks over time, and take ownership of improving recruitment delivery and candidate experience.
