People Transformation & Projects Lead - Help us connect strategy, people and execution
At atNorth, growth creates a lot of opportunities. It also creates complexity.
As we continue to expand across markets, functions and countries, we need someone who can help connect the dots across the organization and turn ideas into action (and effective processes ;-) ).
We are looking for a People Transformation & Projects Lead to join our People Technology, Analytics & Process Excellence team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working across organizational boundaries, solving complex challenges, manage stakeholders and driving meaningful change.
This is not a traditional P&C/HR role.
Instead, you will work at the intersection of People & Culture and other business functions where you will act as a bridge between teams, helping different stakeholders align around common goals and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into practical solutions and measurable results.
About the role
Success at atNorth requires more than great ideas. It requires collaboration, alignment and execution.
As People Transformation & Projects Lead, you will help connect business needs, people, processes and technology to create solutions that work in practice.
Some days you may be leading a cross-functional project involving Operations, IT and People & Culture. Other days you may be helping leaders navigate organizational challenges, improve ways of working or implement new initiatives.
Your role is to create momentum, remove obstacles and ensure that the right people are working together towards shared outcomes.
You will be part of the People Technology, Analytics & Projects team, working closely with specialists in HR technology, analytics, AI, process development and digital transformation
Key responsibilities -> What will you do?
Drive transformation initiatives
Lead projects and initiatives from identified needs and business challenges through solution design, implementation and follow-up.
Transform ideas into tangible actions and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
Drive transformation and change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working, processes and organizational practices.
Connect functions and build bridges
Act as a connector across other areas as example; Operations, IT, Strategy, Finance and People & Culture.
Bring together different perspectives, facilitate collaboration and ensure solutions work across organizational boundaries.
Help break down silos and create stronger alignment between teams, priorities and ways of working.
Partner with the P&C Leadership Team
Work closely with the P&C Leadership Team to identify priorities, solve complex organizational challenges and accelerate execution of key initiatives.
Provide structure, analysis and coordination to support decision-making and help ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery.
Act as a sparring partner on organizational effectiveness, ways of working and business improvement opportunities.
Turn strategy into execution
Translate strategic priorities into practical plans and actions.
Support leaders and stakeholders in moving from discussions and decisions to implementation and results.
Improve how we work & drive progress and accountability
Coordinate activities, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Support process improvements, organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to scalable ways of working that support atNorth's continued growth.
Lead Process Excellence initiatives within People & Culture, driving the simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, consistency, employee experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your profile:
You enjoy working where functions, ideas and challenges intersect and you rolemodel collaboration, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
You are naturally curious and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You quickly build relationships, understand different perspectives and help people find common ground.
You are equally comfortable discussing strategic priorities with senior leaders as rolling up your sleeves and contributing hands-on when needed.
Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys connecting people, teams and initiatives to achieve outcomes that no single function could deliver alone.
You communicate fluent in written and spoken in at least english and other nordic languages is meriting.
You have at least 5 years of experience from the majority areas listed below:

Project or program management
Management consulting
Business improvement initiatives
