Project Manager at atNorth

We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Manager to support and drive key initiatives across our Sustainability & Compliance organization, starting with Sustainability and Regeneration. In this role, you will provide professional project management leadership to cross‑functional teams by ensuring clarity, structure, documentation, and coordination—enabling efficient, compliant, and high‑quality project execution.

You will play a crucial part in formalizing project practices, strengthening operational discipline, and supporting our teams in delivering impactful, forward‑looking sustainability programs.

You can work from any of our Nordic locations, and our site in Copenhagen area, DEN01 will be the primary focus in the beginning.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage selected projects from planning to completion

• Apply project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the expected quality

• Ensure compliance with internal standards, documentation requirements, regulatory needs, and quality processes

• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to project workflows

• Support teams by defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and roles

• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings, and retrospectives

• Provide teams with templates, tools, documentation frameworks, and structured task lists

• Help teams maintain alignment with project goals, milestones, and deadlines

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience managing large or complex projects

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Excellent organizational skills and a highly structured approach to planning and coordination

• Ability to maintain clear overviews and accurate documentation

• IPMA Level B (or equivalent international certification) demonstrating ability to lead complex projects

• Strong skills in structuring complex information and driving coordinated cross‑functional execution

• Confident facilitator capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and driving alignment

• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive alignment

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
