AI Solutions Analyst at atNorth
In this role, you will lay a central role in shaping and coordinating AI opportunities from early discovery through pilot, rollout, and adoption, helping ensure each solution delivers measurable value in practice.
You will coordinate the discovery of AI use cases across the organisation, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess needs, shape requirements, and evaluate feasibility. From mapping current workflows and identifying improvement opportunities, to defining clear success criteria and validating ideas through prototyping or testing, you will play a central role in turning business challenges into practical AI solutions.
We expect you to ensure that pilots are well-structured and aligned with business goals, while effectively gathering feedback and refining solutions based on real user needs. You will also oversee the rollout and adoption of AI solutions, including training, communication, and change management, ensuring that new capabilities are successfully embedded into daily ways of working and deliver sustained value over time
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinating AI use cases from discovery through pilot, rollout and adoption, helping ensure delivery of measurable business value
• Running structured discovery to identify and assess AI opportunities based on value, feasibility and readiness
• Translating business needs into clear requirements, workflows and success criteria for technical delivery
• Coordinating pilots end-to-end, including scope definition, user involvement, testing and feedback collection
• Tracking progress, risks and dependencies across active AI initiatives and supporting clear visibility of the portfolio
• Coordinate rollout and adoption of AI solutions, including training, communication and user enablement
• Applying change management practices to support successful uptake and embedding of AI solutions into daily work
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT, data teams and developers to align on priorities and outcomes
• Monitoring usage, outcomes and feedback to evaluate impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Your profile:
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate needs into structured solutions
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, decisions and user guidance clearly
• Proven experience driving digital solutions, process improvements or similar initiatives from idea to adoption
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating workshops or discovery sessions
• Hands-on experience with pilots, rollouts or implementing new tools, with a focus on user adoption
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive progress independently
• Ability to simplify complexity, prioritise effectively and focus on what creates real business value
• Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with changing priorities and emerging technologies
• Experience in mapping workflows, analysing processes or designing improved ways of working
• Interest in and practical exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Fluent in English
