Quality Manager at atNorth
At atNorth, we are building sustainable, high-performance data centre infrastructure across the Nordics. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Quality Manager to establish, lead, and continuously develop atNorth's quality framework across all sites, partners, and customer deliveries.
This is a key role with both strategic ownership and hands-on execution, ensuring quality is embedded across the full value chain, from design and procurement to operations and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of atNorth’s Quality Assurance framework, including processes, tools, systems, and ways of working to prevent and detect quality issues
Drive continuous improvement in non-conformity and complaint management, across vendors and customers, including escalation processes, risk management, and business continuity planning
Act as Subject Matter Expert on ISO 9001 requirements and compliance. Support internal and external audit programmes, execute audits, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19011)
Establish and monitor quality performance metrics and reporting, identifying gaps and driving improvement initiatives across the organisation
Lead root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality incident management, ensuring effective and sustainable resolutions
Develop and deliver training programmes on quality methodologies and tools (e.g. PFMEA, SPC, RCA, control plans, complaint management)
Own and standardise quality documentation, data management systems, and reporting structures, ensuring traceability and consistency across sites
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Procurement, HSE, and Sales to embed quality into all stages of the lifecycle
Support and develop supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance management processes
Ensure alignment of quality practices within atNorth’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and support broader business processes such as change management, asset utilisation, and service delivery validation
Your profile:
Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, including both QA and QC across multiple organisational levels
Strong experience with ISO standards and audit processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19011)
Proven expertise in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. PFMEA, SPC, RCA, control plans, complaint management)
Experience working across supplier, production/operations, and customer-facing environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting, statistical analysis, and process improvement
Experience with quality systems, data management tools, and documentation control is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a strong business mindset
Fluent in English
