Facility Support Coordinator at atNorth
atNorth is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Facility Support Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and partners.
You will support administrative processes, coordinate office services, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high standards across facilities, logistics, and employee experience.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing structure, service, and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, maintaining organized filing systems, documentation, and internal communications
Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and coordination with vendors such as cleaning, catering, and maintenance providers
Ensure all office and common areas are clean, functional, and well-organized at all times
Act as the main point of contact for visitors, supporting reception duties, meeting coordination, and onsite logistics
Coordinate facility-related issues, including reporting and following up on maintenance and repair needs with Operations and service providers
Support onboarding of new employees by preparing workspaces, access, and equipment
Assist in planning and executing internal events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives
Act as a go-to resource for employees, handling office-related requests and ensuring timely support
Support workplace safety procedures and contribute to a safe and compliant office environment
Your profile:
Relevant education in administration, service management, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in office coordination, administrative support, or facilities services
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Service-minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Experience working with vendors and external service providers
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English and Danish.
